Awarded to just 3.2% of organisations in the UK, p&mm, which has 240 employees, was awarded for going above and beyond in the way it develops, supports and motivates its people.

The Gold award has been awarded to fewer than 700 organisations in the country and celebrates those that perform beyond the core Investors in People standard. This provides a solid foundation for further growth and development and is awarded to well-run organisations which meet set criteria, including learning & development, leadership skills and recognition and reward of staff amongst others.
John Telfer, managing director of Inspiring Business Performance Ltd (IBP), the organisation that delivers Investors in People for London and the South, said:

An organisation can achieve Bronze, Silver or Gold status by meeting additional evidence requirements from across the Investors in People framework. To secure the Gold award, an organisation must meet a total of 165 or more different standards, including 39 core accreditation standards.
Working with Investors in People is proven to improve financial performance, productivity and profitability. Companies that have achieved the Investors in People Standard also have higher levels of trust, co-operation and commitment than their competitors.
