Sodexo announces the acquisition of Motivcom

Sodexo, a leading provider of Employee Benefits and Rewards services, is pleased to announce that, following a public offer published on 12th September 2014, it has successfully acquired Motivcom plc, a current leading company in Incentive and Recognition and Employee Benefits and parent company of P&MM, AYMTM, Allsave, Filmology, Fotorama, Protravel, The Voucher Shop and TreatMe.

This enables the company to further work towards its vision of becoming the market leader in Quality of Life Services.
